Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, address), trip details and travel preferences, and — only when you book — traveller information required by suppliers (such as legal name, date of birth, passport details).

To respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, plan and manage your trips, communicate updates and reminders, process payments through third-party providers, and meet legal and supplier requirements. We do not sell your personal information.

Only as needed to deliver your trip: travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, insurers), our host agency, and trusted service providers (e.g. secure database hosting, email delivery, payment processing). We require them to protect your information. Some suppliers may be located outside Quebec; we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.

We use essential cookies to run the site and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand and improve the site. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the consent banner and change your choice at any time.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete or anonymize it.
