Cancellation & Refund Policy

How changes, cancellations and refunds work when you travel with TravelDesign By Lisa.

Supplier rules apply

Most cancellation and change terms are set by the travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators). We will always tell you the specific rules for your booking before you confirm.

Deposits

Deposits are often non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. We will clearly identify any non-refundable amounts in writing before you pay.

Cancelling a trip

To cancel, contact us as early as possible at lisa@lisatraveldesign.com or 514-892-5472. Refunds (if any) are subject to the supplier's penalty schedule and processing times, and any disclosed service fee.

Changes

Date, name or itinerary changes may incur supplier fees. We'll quote any costs before making changes.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance can protect you against many cancellation and interruption costs. We recommend purchasing it at the time of booking.

Refund processing

When a refund is due, it is returned via the original payment method once received from the supplier. Timing depends on the supplier.
