Terms of Service

We act as a travel advisor, arranging travel services provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, insurers) in partnership with our host agency. Those services are subject to the suppliers' own terms and conditions, which form part of your booking.

Quotes are subject to availability and change until confirmed and paid. Prices, taxes and fees are confirmed at the time of booking. Any planning or service fees are disclosed to you up front before you commit.

Deposits and final payments are due by the dates we provide. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation by the supplier and loss of deposits.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation, and that traveller names match official ID. We can advise, but entry requirements are set by governments and are your responsibility.

We strongly recommend travel insurance. Declining coverage is at your own risk.

Changes and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and the applicable supplier rules, which may include non-refundable amounts.

We arrange services with care but are not liable for the acts, errors or omissions of independent suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services we directly provided.
